How This Works and Why We Do It

You see them on most street corners - "I want to buy your house". And they make you wonder if its real, right?  Or perhaps you know they are serious BUT you don't want to sell your property for pennies on the dollar.  


That's not what we're about here at Elohim Partners.  We're interested in what you NEED.  


If we can bring you what you need and it makes sense to us, then it will happen.  If we are not able to, we'll outline some viable options for you.  If it means we refer you to one of our Realtors because we believe you could get more for your property, we'll do that.  Why would we do that? Because it's not about us - it's about YOU. 

FOR HOME OWNERS AND SELLERS

STEP ONE

Call us today OR complete our no-obligation, confidential SELLER'S SURVEY.  We'll respond within 3 business days to any submissions. 

STEP TWO

It's time to put our research and accountant teams to work. We'll do our first line of due diligence which means we research your property, learn about it, listen to what your needs are and about the situation(s) that brings you to the point of wanting or needing to sell.  

STEP THREE

Once we do preliminary work we'll make sure to have the following pieces of information from you and if we do not have them, we'll reach out to get them.  Your email address and any current inside and outside photos of the property. 

STEP FOUR

Now things start to pick up speed for everyone involved because it is time we let you know whether or not we'll be making a cash offer for your property.  In some cases we simply cannot make it work so that both parties are happy but don't worry. We'll outline some valid options for you which may include financing, terms, rent to own, taking over your mortgage payments, or referring you to one of our Realtor partners.  

STEP FIVE

If we make an offer we'll send it (usually via email for secure, digital signature) and then you'll have a closing date!  During this period we may elect to have an inspection done and one of our general contractors take a look if there are repairs or upgrades needed.  

STEP SIX

The final step is closing. You don't have to be present for the closing as Title Companies are very accustomed to working with people out of town.  No worries - we leave those details up to the Title Company and after closing, you get the funds!
